Video = about 60 MB a minute at 1080p, 170 MB at 4K 30 fps, 400 MB at 4K 60 fps
Apps = about 0.25 GB each with their data, plus big games you enter
System = about 15 GB for the phone's own software
Total = system + apps + games + music + (photos and video a year × years, or 1 year if you clear them); then 20% is kept free so the phone stays fast
